Wine, rose

Alcoholic beverage produced by fermentation of grape juice so that the wine has a pale pink colour. Approximately 11% v/v alcohol.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 5 brands of cask and bottled Australian rose wine and 1 bottle of Portuguese rose wine, purchased in Adelaide in 1990. Grape variety includes grenache. Folate borrowed from USDA, record 14104.
