Pasta such as spaghetti, with meat and tomato sauce, as served in Italian restaurants.

Proximates, minerals and fatty acids were derived from a composite of 10 samples of spaghetti bolognaise purchased from 5 Italian restaurants in Sydney during March 1982. Vitamins and minerals were also derived a composite of 4 samples of spaghetti bolognaise purchased from Italian restaurants located in Sydney in 1991.
