Soup, cream of seafood, condensed, canned, prepared with milk & water
Proximates, vitamins minerals and fatty acids were derived from a composite of 8 samples (4x Creamy Lobster, 2x Creamy Oyster and 2x Bisque) including 3 brands (4x Heinz, 2x Rosella and 2x Campbells) of cream of seafood soup purchased from Adelaide supermarkets in 1990 (AGAL, 1990). The concentrated soup sample was diluted by addition of equal amounts of water and whole milk (100:50:50) and simmered as per the label instructions.
