Potato crisps or chips, reformed, salted
Na, I, fat and fatty acids were determined from 3 individual samples of reconstituted potato crisps (2x Pringles and 1x Stax) purchased in NSW and Vic in 2009 (2008 TFA Program). Protein, starch and sugars are based on Pringles and Stax label information available in 2010. Ash, dietary fibre and calcium were imputed from plain salted chips.
