I, Na, fat and fatty acids were determined in 1 individual sample of low fat potato crisps (1x Sultry Sally) purchased in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA program). Protein, starch, fibre and sugars are based on Sultry Sally sea salt flavoured chips label information available in 2010. Ash and calcium are imputed from salted plain potato chips.
