Strawberry, canned in syrup, drained
The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 6 samples of John West and Baxters strawberries originating from Scotland and Canada purchased from various outlets in Adelaide in June 1988 (AGAL). Dietary fibre was dry matter adjusted from different analysis by AGAL in 1990. Fe was dry matter adjusted from raw strawberry. Fatty acids, retinol and cholesterol were imputed based on international literature.
