Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 5 brands (Taylors Kashmiri butter chicken; Sherwoods Butter chicken mild medium; Continental - Indian tonight Butter chicken; Pataks Butter chicken simmer sauce) of butter chicken sauce purchased from supermarkets and specialty shops in central, eastern and western suburbs of Sydney between July-September 2005.
