Pudding, self-saucing, prepared from dry mix, flavoured

Sponge pudding with sauce prepared according to packet directions from a dry mix, then baked.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 2 brands of puddings (3x Puffin - chocolate, blackberry and butterscotch and 3x Eta chocolate, blackberry and butterscotch) purchased in Adelaide in 1986. Cl, F, S, Se, fat, moisture, ATOC, B6, biotin and pantothenate were derived from a composite sample of puddings (1xWhite Wings apricot, 2xWhite Wings chocolate, 1 each of Puffin chocolate, butterscotch and blackberry flavours) purchased in Adelaide in 1993 (1993 Cereal Catch Up Program). Fibre imputed from plain cake.
