Prawns, onion and other vegetables such as cabbage or peas, in curry sauce, with rice as served in Chinese restaurants.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 9 samples purchased in 9 Sydney suburbs across socioeconomic range in around 1981. Vitamins, fibre, Cu, Mn and P were derived from a composite of 5 samples purchased in Sydney in 1987 and a composite of 3 samples purchased in Sydney in 1991.
