Potato, sebago, unpeeled, boiled
Them majority of nutrients including proximates, vitamins, minerals and tryptophan were derived from a composite of 10 purchases of 3 varieties (8x Sebago, 1x Ruby Lou, 1x Coliban) of potatoes purchased nationally in each state and territory capital city and 2 regional centres in NSW and QLD (2006 - Key Foods Program). Fibre, moisture, starch, vitamins B3 and C were derived from the 10 individual purchases from the same program. I, Se, Mo, Cr and Ni were derived from a composite of 6x 500g purchases of potatoes (various varieties) purchased nationally (1994 - AGAL). Sb, As, Cd, Cu, Pb, Hg, Se, Sn and Zn were derived from a composite sample of 21 purchases of potatoes (various varieties) purchased nationally (1998 19th ATDS; 2000 ATDS). Fatty acids and cholesterol were imputed as 0. Low sum of proximates use values with care.
