Olive, green, pimento, stuffed, drained
The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 6 purchases of stuffed green olives in Adelaide in June 1990 (2x Always Fresh, 1x Green Valley, 1x Dante, 1x Tasty, 1x Holbrooks). Fatty acids were imputed from olive oil. Fibre was estimated using USDA, record 9195 (canned green olives), with an adjustment to account for a proportion of pimento. Iodine, selenium, chromium, molybdenum and nickel were derived from three samples of green and black olives purchased in ACT, NSW and Vic in 2004.
