Nut, pecan, unsalted
The majority of proximates, minerals, vitamins and fatty acids were derived from a composite of 6 samples (3x Lucky and 3x Riverside) of pecans purchased from 4 supermarkets in Adelaide in 1989 (Nuts & Legumes Program, 1990). Vitamin E is based on industry data (Sanitarium, 2008). Cholesterol and retinol were imputed zero.
