The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 6 samples of one brand (Becel Light) purchased in around 1990. Cholesterol, folate, retinol were imputed. I was derived from 6 samples purchased in Qld, SA and WA in 2004 (22nd ATDS). Vitamin D is an average of analytical data available for margarine spreads from the 2006 and 2008 key foods programs.
