An edible oil spread made with animal fats and vegetable oils, containing no less than 80% edible oils. This is a harder-style spread formulated for domestic baking.

Proximates (except fat and protein), vitamins, minerals and fatty acids were derived from a composite of 6 samples of one brand (Fairy) of cooking margarine (AGAL 1990). Origin of the fat and protein values is uncertain.
