Lime, peeled, raw

Oval fruit with light greenish-yellow pulp when ripe.

The majority of nutrients were derived from 1 sample of Tahiti limes purchased in Sydney in April 1984 (Wills et al, 1985). Folate was borrowed from the UK food composition tables. Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
