Lamb, drumstick, fully-trimmed, grilled

Cooked lamb from the fore and hind portions of the carcase. Grilled for 6-10 minutes until ‘medium’ with no added fat. Lean muscle meat with some inseparable internal fat. All possible internal and external separable fat removed after cooking.

Nutrient values have been imputed from lamb forequarter chop separable lean (93.49 x 08A20556) and separable fat (6.51 x 08A20641) records in the proportions found in an average sample of grilled lean drumstick.
