Cream, imitation or mock (non-dairy)

Soft product with a creamy appearance and texture that is commonly used in baked goods in place of whipped dairy cream, but which is not dairy-based.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 6 samples of imitation cream provided by a manufacturer in Adelaide in January 1996. Vitamin C and fibre were imputed.
