Flesh or meat from inside the immature coconut, not preserved by drying or other techniques.

Proximates, most vitamins and minerals are averaged across two analytical programs. The first program analysed a composite of 5 coconuts in Adelaide in February 1989. The second program analysed a composite of 5 coconuts in Sydney in 1996. B3 and fatty acids were determined in the 1989 samples only. Folate was borrowed from USDA, record 12104. Retinol and cholesterol were imputed.
