Stir-fried chicken, with shredded ginger and vegetables, such as onion, celery, carrot, shallot or chilli, as served in Vietnamese restaurants.

Proximates, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids were derived from a composite of 5 samples of ginger chicken purchased from Vietnamese restaurants located in Sydney in 1991.
