Chicken hot salad, Thai restaurant-style

Cooked chicken mince mixed with fresh vegetables, and ground roasted rice in a spicy sauce, as served in Thai restaurants.

Proximates and vitamins were derived from a composite of 3 samples of chicken salad purchased from Thai restaurants in Sydney in 1991. Proximates, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids were also derived from a composite of 9 samples of chicken salad purchased from Thai restaurants located in Sydney in 1985/86.
