Cheese described as being Provolone style.

The majority of nutrients were derived from analyses conducted by the ADC in around 1990 from 7 purchases of Australian manufactured cheese. Fatty acids and organic acids were imputed from cheddar cheese. Vitamin C, fibre, sugars other than lactose and starch were imputed zero.
