Raw beef from the midsection of the carcase. Lean muscle meat with internal fat. Majority of external fat removed.

Nutrients have been calculated by combining values in the separable lean (87.39 x 08A10795) and separable fat (12.61 x 08A10915) records in the proportions found in an average sample of semi-trimmed T-bone steak.
