Beef, heart, simmered

Heart trimmed of fat and vessels, chopped, simmered in water and drained.

The majority of nutrients were derived from 10 samples purchased in Sydney in 1985, in the ratio of 2:1 butchers shop to supermarkets. Samples were cooked after dressing and inedible parts were removed. Sugars and fibre were imputed zero.
