Snowpea, raw
The majority of nutrients including proximates, vitamins and minerals) were derived from a composite of 5 purchases of snowpeas from local supermarkets spread across the socioeconomic scale in Sydney in 1984 (Wills et al 1987). Folate, proximates, minerals and vitamins were derived from a composite of 10 samples of snowpeas purchased from Melbourne supermarkets in 1998 (ANZFA, Folate Project, 1998). Cholesterol and retinol were imputed zero based on scientific literature.
