Deep fried vermicelli rice noodles, with stir fried prawns, pork, egg, vegetables and bean sprouts, as served in Thai restaurants.

Proximates and vitamins were derived from a composite of 4 samples of mee grob purchased from Thai restaurants located in Sydney in 1991. Proximates and vitamins were derived from a composite of 9 samples of mee grob purchased from Thai restaurants located in Sydney in 1985/86.
