The majority of nutrients including proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of 6 samples of raw pressed shoulder bacon. Brands of bacon analysed included 2x Farmland breakfast slices, 2x Chapmans breakfast rashers, 2x Conroys rolled shoulder bacon. Fatty acid data was imputed from grilled breakfast rasher bacon.
