Freshly prepared chicken soup, containing chicken stock, chilli, pineapple, tomato, celery, mint, bean sprouts, tangerine and okra, as served in Vietnamese restaurants.

Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of 3 samples purchased across central, eastern and western suburbs of Sydney in 1991 (AGAL, 1991).
