Soft drink, fruit flavours, intense sweetened

Carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage prepared from water, intense sweetener, fruit flavours and colours.

The majority of nutrients were derived from 2 varieties of soft drinks (lemon and orange), purchased in Adelaide in December 1989, with adjustments made to moisture and carbohydrate to reflect formulation differences (i.e. absence of added sugars). I, Se, Cr, Ni, Mo were determined in 6 samples of soft drink purchased in Qld, SA and WA in November 2004 (22nd ATDS). Vitamin E is imputed. Organic acids are calculated from analysed levels found in fruit flavoured soft drinks.
