I, Na, fat and fatty acids were derived from 1 individual sample of french fries potato crisps (1x French Fries) purchased in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA Program). Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 4 packets of French Fries purchased from 4 supermarkets in Sydney in 1981. Fibre was imputed from potato crisps.
