A small round green seed. Uncooked.

Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of four purchases of fresh peas from Sydney outlets in 1982 (Wills et al. 1984). Iodine, folate and some vitamins and minerals were derived from 8 purchases of fresh peas in 2000. Retinol, folic acid and cholesterol were imputed.
