Onion, spring, raw

Small white immature onion with long thin green stalks.

Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of five purchases of spring onions from Sydney outlets in 1983-4 (Wills et al. 1987). Folate was imputed from raw shallot. Retinol, folic acid and cholesterol were imputed.
