Ash, carbohydrates, most minerals, and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 were derived from a composite sample of 6 purchases of 3 brands (3x Farmers Best, 2x Pura Kids, 1x Brownes Heart Plus) of milk fortified with omega-3 purchased in ACT, NSW, Qld, SA, Vic and WA (2008 - Keys Foods Program). Moisture, protein, fat and fatty acids were derived from individual and composite analysis of the 4 purchases (3 x Farmers Best, 1 x Brownes Heart Plus) of reduced fat milk fortified with omega-3 as part of the same program.
