A polyunsaturated oil spread containing approximately 50% polyunsaturated edible oils. Reduced salt content.

Proximates, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids were derived from a composite of six samples of one brand (Flora Lite) (AGAL 1990). Vitamin D is an average of analytical data available for margarine spreads from the 2006 and 2008 key foods programs. The origin of cholesterol, fat and protein is uncertain. Folate obtained from AUSNUT 1999 database.
