Kohlrabi, peeled, raw
The majority of nutrients including proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of five purchases of raw kohlrabi purchased from five retail outlets in socioeconomically diverse suburbs in Sydney in March to June 1982. Retinol and cholesterol values were imputed based on international literature.
