Chicken, wing, lean, raw
Ten fresh, chilled size 15 birds each were provided by Inghams and Steggles. Laboratory analysis was carried out for proximates, minerals, fatty acids and vitamins (AGAL,1998). Vitamin C, fibre and carbohydrates were imputed.
