Yoghurt, low fat (<0.5%), apricot pieces or flavoured
Proximates, vitamins (except folates) and minerals (except I) are from samples analysed in 1988/89 by AGAL (composite of 6 varieties- 2x Ski, 2x Yoplait and 2x Peters Farm- from Australia, purchased from 2 outlets in Sydney). Fatty acids were determined in 6 samples of full fat fruit yoghurt purchased in Sydney in 2005. I, Se, Cr and Ni were derived from a composite of 6 samples (2 each in NSW, Vic and SA) as part of the 22nd ATDS. Folates were derived from a composite of 6 samples (2x Ski DLite, 1x Yoplait Lite, 1x Vaalia No Fat Mango, 1x Home Brand, 1x Jalna Vitalize) (Arcot 2005). Fibre was imputed based on estimated fruit content.
