Stir fried prawns, scallops, squid and vegetables such as baby corn, carrot, celery, Chinese spinach, bean sprouts, capsicum, mushroom or coriander, as served in Vietnamese restaurants

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 3 samples purchased from restaurants in the central, eastern and western suburbs of Sydney in 1991.
