Salmon, red, canned in brine

Flesh, bones and skin of fish labelled as being red salmon. Canned in brine.

The majority of nutrients were derived from 9 samples (2x Anchor, 2x Lunchtime, 2x John West, 2x Seakist, 1x Farmland), purchased in Adelaide in 1985. I, Na, Ca, tocopherols & folates were imputed from drained canned red salmon. Cr, Ni and Se were derived from 6 samples purchased in WA, SA and Queensland in August 2004 (22nd ATDS). Fibre was imputed.
