Uncooked, largely skinless fillets of fresh pacific king salmon, produced by aquaculture.

The majority of nutrients were derived from an average of 7 samples that were obtained from sea cages from Nelson in New Zealand in 2008. Tryptophan value borrowed from the USDA, record 15078. Starch, sugar and dietary fibre imputed zero. Note: may also contain additional unidentified polyunsaturated fatty acids.
