Salami, unspecified variety
The majority of nutrients including proximates, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids were derived from a composite sample of 5 types of salami (including Danish, Hungarian, Mettwurst, Milano and Pepperoni). Minerals were also derived from a composite sample of 8 types of salami (4x Hungarian salami, 4x unspecified type salami) analysed in 2006 (1996 AMBS).
