Raspberry, raw
Proximates, minerals and most vitamins were averaged across two analytical samples. The first was a composite of four samples of berries grown in SA and TAS and purchased in Adelaide in March 1995. The second was a composite of 10 samples purchased in Melbourne in January 1998. Organic acids were determined only in the 1995 sample and fatty acids and folate were determined only in the 1998 sample. Retinol and cholesterol were imputed.
