Flesh and skin of red-skinned radishes. Uncooked.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 5 purchases in Sydney in 1983. Retinol, vitamin D and cholesterol were imputed. Folate, phosphorus and alpha tocopherol were borrowed from the USDA 19, record 11429.
