Prawn, salad, Vietnamese restaurant-style

Mixed dish of prawns, carrot, onion, chilli, mint, lemon and peanuts as served in Vietnamese restaurants.

All nutrients were derived fro, a composite of 3 samples purchased in the central, eastern and western suburbs of Sydney in 1991. Note high sum of proximates (104.5 g/100g) - data should be used with caution.
