Prawn, garlic, Vietnamese restaurant-style

Prawns, garlic, onion and other vegetables, such as carrot, coriander, mushroom, capsicum, leek, chilli or shallot as served in Vietnamese restaurants.

All nutrients were derived from a composite of 4 samples purchased in the central, eastern and western suburbs of Sydney in 1991.
