Prawn, crumbed, fried, Chinese restaurant-style

Prawn flesh and tail crumbed and deep fried, as served in Chinese restaurants.

The majority of nutrients were averaged over 3 programs with up to 10 samples purchased per program 1980, 1987 and 1991 in Sydney restaurants over socioeconomic range. Fibre and vitamins were derived from the 1987 and 1991 samples only. Fatty acids were derived from the 1980 samples only.
