Pork, topside steak, as purchased, dry fried

Cooked pork from the hind portion of the carcase, as purchased without removal of internal and external separable fat. Dry fried to an internal temperature of ~70C with a small amount of pork fat.

Nutrients have been calculated by combining values in separable lean (99.90 x 08A30385) and separable fat (0.10 x 08A30336) records in proportions found in an average sample of dry fried topside steak.
