Pork, leg steak (round, rump, topside, silverside), as purchased, dry fried

Cooked pork from 4 cuts (round, rump, topside and silverside) from the hind portion of the carcase, as purchased without removal of internal and external separable fat. Dry fried to an internal temperature of ~70C with a small amount of pork fat.

Nutrients have been calculated by combining values in separable lean (99.05 x 08A30326) and separable fat (0.88 x 08A30336) records in the proportions found in an average sample of dry fried leg steak.
