Plum, unpeeled, raw

Small round stone fruit with a deep purple skin and a reddish/purple flesh.

The majority of nutrients were derived from the mean of 6 analyses of different plum cultivars (Blood, Greengage, Mariposa, Narrabeen, Santa Rosa and Wilson), conducted in the 1980s. Fatty acids, retinol and vitamins E and D were imputed zero. Iodine was imputed from peaches.
