Pie, sweet, apple, high, family size
Proximates, fatty acids, minerals (except Cl, Se, S and F) and vitamins (except ATOC, B6, biotin and pantothenate) were derived from a composite sample of 6 apple high pies (6x Sara Lee) purchased in South Australia, pre-baked product thawed before analysis (AGAL 1988). ATOC, B6, biotin, Cl, F, pantothenate, S and Se were derived from a composite sample of 8 apple high pies (8x Sara Lee) purchased from 5 stores in Adelaide, thawed and baked in laboratory (AGAL 1993). Note some uncertaintly with identification and quantification of C18:0 and C17:0.
