Persimmon, peeled, raw

Round to heart shaped fruit with bright orange skin and orange flesh.

The majority of nutrients were derived from samples purchased in season, from 5 retail outlets in Sydney during 1983/84 (Wills et al 1986). Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
